Ramen noodles my way

It has been several years since I have broken down and eaten Ramen noodles.  I do have to say, however, I have found a great twist on our old inexpensive friend.  Simply adding some chopped veggies to your boiling water as you add your noodles really adds a lot, and actually creates a quick and tasty meal on just a few dimes.  To stay veggie, use mushroom flavored Ramen.

I enjoy adding fresh green beans and carrots that I have sliced into smaller pieces, sliced mushrooms, green onion, or cilantro.
